Gmail For Android Is Updated

Some new features were announced for Android's Gmail app with Android 4.2, and those changes are now available for all devices running Android 4.0 and higher. The changes include:

• Swiping away messages to archive or delete
• Photos and videos can be directly attached from an email
• New photo previews
• Messages auto-fit with zooming capabilities
• Bug fixes and performance updates

If you are running Android 2.2 or higher, you also get an update, but with fewer features (a new Labels API and performance updates).
